Conveniently pleasing with privacy as desired Positive: Quiet and ease of parking with direct entry to lift and the apartment

Positive: the only good thing about this property is the location which nearby Galleria Mall and other attractions in Abu Dhabi. Negative: Property and apartment size is too small for a couple, it's not comfortable for stay and sleep, the doors and windows doesn't isolate the outside noise. The cooker wasn't working and facilities team were not able to fix it. The apartment is too cold and heating wasn't working. I don't recommend this apartment to anyone.

Unbeatable at all levels. I fervently recommend it. Positive: I totally recommend booking this accommodation. Everything really excellent. Negative: Everything was perfect.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed — a complete disaster from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst Positive: Nothing.. Negative: 1. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. I was left waiting outside for over an hour, calling both the booking service and the property nonstop because security was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, the entrance was packed with random people — not tenants, just wandering around like the place was a construction site, because it literally was. 2. I had to beg for help with my luggage, even though I clearly stated I have a spinal injury. No one cared. After a long delay, they sent the cleaners — not support staff, not reception — cleaners. And when I asked ahead of time if someone would assist me during check-out, they said yes. But come check-out day? I was ignored, forced to beg again, and then left waiting for three hours before anyone helped. 3. The apartment itself was a mess. There were electricity problems, the lights were unreliable, the shower was barely functional, the water was ice cold, and the heater didn’t work. I spent five full days constantly calling for maintenance, trying to fix basic living conditions. Just to top it off, they didn’t activate my parking access until the third day — seriously? 4. There was zero service. No cleaning, no assistance, nothing at all. I might as well have been staying in a warehouse. 5. The final insult? They sent cleaners into my apartment an hour and a half before check-out while I was still inside, trying to pack — just to clean for the next guest. Are you kidding me? That’s not just rude, it’s disrespectful. 6. And here’s the dirty trick: if they find out you’re extending your stay, they intentionally remove the apartment from Booking.com to force you to deal with them directly, and then hit you with a rate that’s shockingly higher than what you paid through the platform. It’s pure exploitation and manipulation. 7. To add insult to injury, the parking space they assigned me was in the middle of a construction area, and paint from the ongoing work actually fell on my car.
